7-Day Free Trial
New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged when it ends.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page inside the app, or through the customer portal provided by our reseller Paddle.com. After cancellation, you keep access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not automatically pro-rate partial-period refunds outside the 30-day guarantee window, but Paddle may approve them on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used for your purchase.
- Locate the order you would like refunded and follow the instructions to request a refund.
- Alternatively, you may contact our support team through the Service, and we will help facilitate the refund with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer or payment provider and typically take 3–10 business days.
